For all wigs please allow a processing time of 10-14 working days so that your wig can be made to your request. Depending on the style, colour or length of the wig processing times may take longer of up to 4 weeks, we will advise you by email if this is the case and offer you a refund before processing your order if you are not happy with the extended 4 week processing time frame.

Hair care and hair extensions are processed within 3-5 working days once payments have been cleared to us. If your order is processed on a weekend or holiday, your package is processed on the next working day.


Once your package has been sent, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided, please make sure this email is correct!

Please note Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost packages. We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the courier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can change this for you if we have not shipped out the item already. If the item has been shipped we will not be responsible.


After the processing time please allow 5-7 business days for shipping within the UK. If your item is out of stock we will email you to offer an extended shipping time or you can request a refund for the item ( This excludes wigs and hair extensions as these are considered as bespoke items).


Please note that we will not ship any items out If your billing address is different from shipping addressy. If the addresses are different you will be required to email a copy of your ID and we may refuse your order if we feel it is fraudulent, this is a fraud prevention measure. A signature is required for most deliveries. Hair Xtend UK will not be held responsible for any delays due to courier, holidays or natural disasters.

RETURNED ITEMS: The customer is responsible for any items returned to us for inspection once a return or exchange has been accepted. Any parcels that have been returned to us due to missed deliveries or wrong address given, will be responsible to pay any shipping fees for the parcel to be reshipped. If a shipment is returned to us due to the wrong address or an exchange, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. 


We do not offer exchanges apart from in extenuating circumstances. This will apply only if the items purchased are not as described, the wrong order was sent or the items are defective. All items are carefully checked before being shipped, if your item is damaged due to being delivered by the shipping courier we ask that you make a claim with them for reimbursements. 

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and return the them to us within a further 7 days. Shipping fees will not be paid by Hair Xtend UK for exchange items. All products must be unused/unworn, free from odour/perfume, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached


We supply all of our customers with a hair care guide for our extensions and wigs. We will no longer be responsible for any products once they have been removed from its original packaging, tags are removed, or hair has been installed. There will be no exchanges or refunds that will be honoured at that point.


We really hope you are satisfied with our products. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we do NOT accept returns or exchange on any of our products!

According to the Health and Safety Regulation you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing wigs or extensions from its packaging. For hygiene purposes and to adhere with the law we have strict policies regarding the return of hair. 


All wigs and hair extensions are deemed as being custom and are therefore Non-Refundable.


We pride ourselves on providing wigs that are made of a high standard  and has quality craftsmanship with 100% virgin hair. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us and this is why all our wigs are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your chosen requirements and our high  standards. Wigs are an investment so we want to make sure your experience with us is an exciting one that keeps ypu coming back to us for our expertise. Due to the nature of our products being custom orders, all sales are therefore final.

Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. You have 24 hours to cancel any orders placed on our website, after this period all orders are confirmed and can no longer be cancelled but may be altered subject to availability and requirements. 

We have a 14-day return policy, given that your order item(s) purchased are  as described, the wrong order was sent or the items are defective, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, shipping of the items will need to be paid and sent by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
