We are a salon based in Birmingham UK that believes everyone can look and feel fabulous! Our team of stylists are passionate about helping you find the perfect look for you. We specialize in hair extensions and offer a variety of methods that add volume, length, and fabulosity to your hair.

EXTRA GUESTS

Due to spacing in the salon we ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. At present we do not have the space for additional guests to be brought with you.

RESCHEDULING

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by giving at least 72 hours notice without loosing your deposit. Please check your appointment confirmation email to reschedule.

 

HAIR PREP

We ask that you come with your hair freshly washed, thoroughly dried, detangled, free from oil and grease to your appointment, unless you have booked a wash service.

CONSULTATION POLICY

All new clients will need to book a mandatory consultation with us prior to your install if you have chosen to have Microlink itips, Microlink wefts or tape-ins. We will not carry out any of these services if you have not had a consultation with us, we advise to book one with us between 2-4 weeks prior to your desired date of install, this is so we can discuss in detail your desired style and order any extensions needed for your service.
At your consultation we will assess your hair and scalp, method of installs suitable for your daily routine and lifestyle and any questions you may have.
